DAY 1: HANOI  ARRIVAL

On arrival to the Hanoi airport. Transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure in the capital.

DAY 2: HANOI CULTURE & EVENING FOOD TOUR           (B,L,D)

In the morning, our tour guide with driver pick you at hotel to explore Hanoi city tour by visiting:

Ho Chi Minh Complex, the heart of Vietnamese people

Ho Chi Minh complex consists of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (close on Monday), Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Residence , One pillar pagoda …

Temple of Literature – being an ancient school of Thang Long and the first university in Vietnam, It is acknowledged as an ancient historical-cultural heritage which gives tourists deeper understanding about Hanoi’s years of culture and tradition. Finally, we go to visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology where you can look into a vivid picture of the miniaturized Vietnamese ethnic community’s life. Enjoing peaceful

Enjoy a walking food tour to have an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes.

We eat as we go, trying seasonal fruits and sampling a tasty French-inspired snack from a street cart. Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter to taste one of the famed Hanoi food: “ Bún Chả”, “ Bánh mì”; “Phở”, “ Chả Cá”, “ Bánh Cuốn”, “ Local Beer”, “ Egg Coffe”…

DAY 3: HANOI – AMAZING NINH BINH TOUR  – HANOI  (B,L)

07.15 – 07.45 Pick up from your hotel or private address and departure to Ninh Binh.

10.00 Visiting a local family in Van Lam village, Tam Coc area. Spend time to interact and learn there tradition and lifestyle. Here you will see their house architecture, decoration as well as their daily life and handicraft job of making traditional embroidery.

10:30 Leaving the family, you will take a bike and start riding around the village to explore the gorgeous rice fields surrounded by limestone mountains with a unique route and visit Bich Dong Pagoda under the introduction of our local guide, you will get to know more about the Vietnam history and understand the origin of Buddhism.

12:00 Enjoy a special lunch with the local cuisine featuring the yin-yang balance of the Asian culture at local family.

14:00 Arrive Trang An, spend about 2 hours exploring Trang An – the core of natural heritage in a small boat, rowed by a local people. Visit many limestone water cave along Sao Khe river, King Kong film set and temple along the way.

16.30 Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi.

18:30 Arrive in Hanoi, drop you back to your hotel or private address in Hanoi. Trip ends.

DAY 4: HANOI – MAI CHAU HOMESTAY              (B,L,D)

Depart to Hoa Binh, in the heart of Tonkin, just 80 km west of Hanoi. On the way, stop at a local market where the inhabitants of the region come to exchange, sell, buy the products necessary for everyday life. Continue towards the Mai Chau valley and settle in the village of Pom Coong in the middle of the day in a typical Thai house on stilts for lunch.

In the afternoon, go to visit the real local Thai traditional Stilt House before cycling to visit villages of the Thai Ethnic Minority and learn about their daily live and culture. Stop by the handcraft village to learn about weaving in traditional way and support them by buying their local products.

Join with local family to prepare dinner and enjoy with them.

At night, stay in a traditional stilt house with a White Thai ethnic minority family. Lodging is simple but comfortable.

DAY 5: MAI CHAU – HA NOI       (B,L,D)

Breakfast at homestay. Easy trekking with local guide to visit the beautiful surrounding villages visiting non-tourist path and rice terraces, hanging bridge, and visiting a local family.

Return to Hanoi in the afternoon. Dinner at authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

DAY 6: HANOI – HA LONG – HANOI        (B,L,D)

After breakfast, transfer by road through the Red River Delta to beautiful Halong Bay. We arrive at Bai Chay wharf at midday, welcome by crew team and we start enjoying 3.5 – 04 hour boat trip. A delicious seafood lunch will be served when we are completely relax on boat. We are both having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. Our lunch time ends is the time we walk into the Thien Cung cave (Heaven Palace cave) to see thousands of stalactites and stalagmites colored by hundreds of neon lights. After 1 hour stay in the “Heaven Palace”, we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle Island…. If weather permitting, we can enjoy our great time with swimming and floating on the tranquil bay.

At 15:00 PM, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi.

At around 18:00PM we will be back to Hanoi. Dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 7: HA NOI DEPARTURE        (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Noi Bai airport to take your departure flight.
