DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (D)

On arrival to the Noi Bai airport. Transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure in the capital.

Note: Rooms are available from 2pm. Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant.

DAY 2:  HANOI FULL DAY CITY TOUR  (B,L,D)

Ho Chi Minh Complex, the heart of Vietnamese people

Ho Chi Minh complex consists of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (close on Monday), Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Residence , One pillar pagoda …

Note: No camera, cell phone, bare-shoulder T-shirts, or mini skirts are allowed inside Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Temple of Literature – being an ancient school of Thang Long and the first university in Vietnam, It is acknowledged as an ancient historical-cultural heritage which gives tourists deeper understanding about Hanoi’s years of culture and tradition.

Vietnam Museum of Ethnology where you can look into a vivid picture of the miniaturized Vietnamese ethnic community’s life. It is composed of 54 ethnic groupsfifty ethnic minorities with different and colorful culture. Vietnam Ethnology Museum is the perfect place to learn more about the diversity in ethnic communities of Vietnam.

Enjoy Water Puppet Show – a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century . The theme of the skits is rural and has a strong reference to Vietnamese folklore. It tells stories of the harvest, of fishing and of festivals are highlighted.

DAY 3: HA NOI – SAPA TOUR BY PRIVATE BUS                 (B,L,D)

Morning, transfer by road to Sapa. Stop on the route for short rest during 05 hours transfer.

Arrival Sapa at noon time, our guide take you for hiking tour to Cat Cat Village is nestled at the bottom of Muong Hoa Valley, This village was formed in the 19th century, after various ethnic H’Mong and Dzao families came together from other mountainous areas in northern Vietnam. They started cultivating rice and corn in the region, as well as weaving fabric and creating handicrafts to get by.

You can get a glimpse of the residents’ traditional lifestyle by walking into any of the houses that are open for display.

Stop at Cat Cat waterfall is one of the main attractions.

Walking through the village gives tourists a chance to glimpse into the daily lives of the local people and take part in traditional activities.

DAY 4: SAPA TOUR – HANOI BY PRIVATE BUS                 (B,L,D)

You meet your guide and start hiking. The first part we will mostly trek downhill Y Linh Ho hamlet. The trek offers some stunning views of the rice terraces, gardens and Fan Si Pan mountain ranges. After going through a suspension bridge, we start walking up to Lao Chai San village.
There we are experiencing the richest traditional culture of Black H’Mong people in the region. The trekking route offers a breathtaking view of vegetable gardens and rice terraces with green mountains rising above. There will be time for visiting with local families and learning about their traditional fiber processing.

After this you continue to Ta Van village (1.200 m) to visit Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group of about 38.000 people who live mainly in the mountains in Northwest Vietnam. Ta Van is a small village set within a picturesque valley not far from the northern Vietnamese mountain resort of Sa Pa. The area is renowned for its colorful ethnic minorities, and Ta Van is home to two such groups.

Transfer back to Hanoi, check in hotel in the evening.

DAY 5: HANOI – HA LONG ON CRUISE – HANOI   (B,L,D)

After breakfast, transfer by road through the Red River Delta to beautiful Halong Bay. We arrive at Bai Chay wharf at midday, welcome by crew team and we start enjoying 3.5 – 04 hour boat trip. A delicious seafood lunch will be served when we are completely relax on boat. We are both having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. Our lunch time ends is the time we walk into the Thien Cung cave (Heaven Palace cave) to see thousands of stalactites and stalagmites colored by hundreds of neon lights. After 1 hour stay in the “Heaven Palace”, we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle Island…. If weather permitting, we can enjoy our great time with swimming and floating on the tranquil bay. At 15:00 PM, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI – FLY TO HUE CITY    (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel, check out. Transfer to airport to take flight to Hue city.

Our tour guide pick you at hotel to visit Hue Capital Citadel (Royal Citadel) – a UNESCO World Heritage site – standing for over 200 years and consisting of over 100 fascinating architectural works almost remained unchanged, the Royal Citadel is an ideal place for those wishing to better understand an architectural and cultural beauty as well as an important history of Vietnam.

Travel to the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh – one of the most beautiful and picturesque and largest works of architecture of Nguyen Dynasty’s royal palaces and tombs.

Enjoy a funny called “ Ao Dai show” performent by young students in traditional clothes.

Overnight in Hue

 

DAY 7: HUE – DA NANG – HOI AN     (B,L,D)

In the morning, take a boat trip along Perfume River and visit the Thien Mu Pagoda. You will explore more of Vietnam life with the effected of Royal life, garden house in Hue is one of them. “Garden house” is a typical and unique characteristic of Hue city.

Transer to Hoi An via Lang Co beach and visit Da Nang city: visit the famous Cham Museum, housing a unique collection about the history of the Champa civilization; My Khe beach. Climbing up the most beautiful peak of Mable moutain to discover beautiful caves and visit old national pagodas.

Afternoon, explore Hoi An Ancient Town –  an Eastern oriental classic captivation. With the strategic location on the banks of the great river, with one seaside border (East), it used to be one of the major trading centers in Southeast Asia during the 16th century due to the early western trader occupying period.

Visit the traditional architecture and relaxed lifestyle, the centuries-old homes of merchants, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful, bustling market…

Overnight in Hoi An

DAY 8:  HOI AN – MY SON SANCTUARY      (B,L,D)

Morning, transfer to visit My Son Sanctuary, this “Valley of Kings” as described by French historians was once the capital of the Chăm Pa Kingdom from the 4th to 15th century.

Following a traditional dance performance, your walking tour to the Cham ruins begins with a short ascent along a jungle bordered track. While you explore the area, your guide will explain the history of the religious site which served as a burial place for the Cham monarchs centuries ago.

DAY 9 : HOI AN ECO TOUR & COOKING CLASS – FLY TO HO CHI MINH                 (B,L,D)

Morning, we take a half day tour to join in a famous Hoi An cooking class tour.

Start to visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 metre swimming pool – towels and showers provided.

  • Crispy Hoi An Pancakes with Shrimp, Herbs, Bean Sprouts & a Peanut Sauce
  • Seafood Salad with mixed Vietnamese Herbs served in Half a Pineapple

  • Food Decoration – Pineapple Boat, 3 Coloured Flowers & Vietnamese Hand Fan

Vegetarians are provided with replacement ingredients.

PM: Visiting the seven – hectare water coconut woods with the unique ecosystem of water coconut trees. You will be enthusiastically welcomed by the local people, they will lead you to visit the creeks in the water coconut woods by basket boats, you will be intructed to fish crabs and you will see the performances of rowing basket boats by the local rower.

Transfer to airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Check in hotel. Dinner time.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS & CITY TOUR  (B,L,D)

Pick up at hotel, proceed to Cu Chi tunnels –  It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a “Free Target Zone”. Clients can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels.

PM: Go to visit The Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Continue to visit The Nha Rong Harbor was originally a large trading port in Saigon, built in 1864 on the Saigon River.

DAY 11: BALAI LEGEND RIVER & BIKING TOUR IN BEN TRE         (B,L,D)

Our tour guide and driver pick you at hotel and transfer to Ben Tre province to explore the daily life of the South people in coconut origin where you can weed, fertilize and harvest with them.

Enjoy a biking tour on the village-paths have a sightseeing of local people’s daily activities, peacefulness and scapes in Ben Tre’s countryside. Take a rest at local home to see the local people makes sugar cane juice–The Tourist can do it theirself & visit the coconut handicrafts workshop.

Continue biking on the village to the paddle pier and take crowing boat along palm creek that you feel the daily activities of the people at riverside.

In the afternoon, taking a boat trip along Ba Lai legend river with the coconut’s stretches to see how local people fishing on the river. Continue cruising on Ba Lai river for relax tension. Have a sightseeing at local people’s daily activities on the river and feeling the daily life of the people at riverside.

Return back to Ho Chi Minh in the afternoon

DAY 12: HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE     (B)

Transfer to airport to take departure flight. We do hope you enjoy the trip very much.
